The timing of your trek significantly impacts your experience. The best seasons to undertake the Annapurna Base Camp trek are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). During these months, the weather is favourable, and the views are at their finest. The spring brings blooming rhododendrons and lush greenery, while autumn offers clear skies and a panoramic view of the mountains, making your journey a feast for the senses.

 

Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Kathmandu to Chhomrong

Your ABC trek kicks off with a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a beautiful city nestled beside Phewa Lake and surrounded by the Annapurna and Machapuchare ranges. Following the flight, a picturesque drive takes you to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. From Nayapul, a trekking trail leads you through terraced fields and lush forests, eventually reaching Chhomrong, a charming Gurung village with a breathtaking view of Annapurna South and the iconic Machapuchare.

Day 2: Chhomrong to Himalaya

The second day of your trek involves a challenging hike through lush forests and steep stone steps.
